Suzy Menkes as a reporter and critic has been recognized with a Légion d’Honneur from the French President for services to Fashion; and the Order of the British Empire (O.B.E.) for fashion journalism from the Queen of England.

Umit Benan was born to Turkish parents in Stuttgart, Germany. When he was two years old the family moved to Istanbul. 

Trussardi, a byword for discreet sophistication, excellence, experimentation and innovation was founded in Bergamo by Dante Trussardi in 1911 specialized by luxury clothing and accessories for men and women. In Italian fashion, Trussardi has built up an expertise in developing new techniques for working with leather and fabric.  The Trussardi Group is firmly rooted in Italian industrial history, and its leather-crafting skill is unequalled around the world.
