PAIN MANAGEMENT

On Sunday I was unable to board the Medical Flight home to Roma, Italia. Detailed records of Pension Service, Health Insurance schemes and the royal scam indicate that what seems to appear as the State, Japan has none of the monies to provide accident victims insurance.

Credit Architects Careggi 22 Pietro Savorelli

A similar case is evidenced through war mongers and statistical data number crunchers at the Tokyo Mitsubishi UFJ Bank. Have you ever been unable to withdraw personal bank funds without the assistance of the local police force?  RE. DISCLOSURE

Five Officers of the APPD drove in swiftly onto Chuo Branch in the Naka Ward of the fraudulent bank with these practices in order to stop immediately, policies all Japanese citizens become victims of as well as foreign residents or non-residents.

The House Santulli

Ever since May 2006 I had been dealing with pain management for cervical myelopathy experienced from a neurological disorder induced from being the victim of two motor vehicle incidents and domestic violence from Kunishima Seiko in the State, Japan without lawful legal aid or protection assistance from the drivers or spouse nor from the national, prefectural or local government authorities.

"How Strange", the twisted faces of Japanese nationals contort when I beseech them.
They say, "My women and girls in the State, Japan have gone wild and misbehave!"

In addition my opthomologist had given another warning detecting cataracts, a medical condition in which the lens of the eye becomes progressively opaque, resulting in blurred vision. Masako's advice was to seek proper professional care overseas.

The past few months my body has relapsed which had caused me to fail to complete T | R Research at Istituto Sacro Romano Impero for IL CONTE PALATINO PATRIZIO D'AREZZO as well as to augment regularly to the blogosphera platform. It became necessary to return to Careggi to seek orthopedic and opthomologic advanced treatments in Rome, Italy, Italian Republic.

In July, ailing with serious internal bleeding and injuries of the spinal cord I was refused treatment at NTT Nishi Nihon Hospital even with a private doctor's written order, rejected for outpatient treatment at Nagoya University Hospital, and berated and laughed at by The Medical Teams at American Red Cross Hospital.

At Nagoya City University Hospital, where I have accepted outside hospital rooms as full-time outpatient, residents and interns have usually misdiagnosed physical symptoms even with the medical charts clearly written in English and Japanese.

Medicines which caused severe side effects weakening my condition were not changed when requested. Intern Mizutani belligerently argued her points, yet I was able to convince her how inadequate her training was. Resident Nozaki never examined my body, yet alone look at me and prescibed his own choice of medicines , then uttered Fu_k Off. Apparently he was late for his lunch date.

Chief Orthopedic Surgeon Fukuoka MD, prescribed rehabilitation treatments not available at Nagoya City University Hospital so two other hospital are visited for electric shock and laser treatments to the neck to maintain well being.

Our admiration for Dr Fukuoka is enthusiastic. It's not that he looks exactly like a twin brother. When he speaks with clarity and knowledge about any topic, one gathers his sense to envelop comfort to care for human life.

With these treatments, the disease of the damaged spinal cord has stabilized and no signs of cancerous agents have appeared. Yet, at Yamazaki Hospital where rehab treatments are received, the Chief Medical Doctor Yamazaki argues consistently about medication prescription dosage from Italy, Italian Republic.

Dr Yamazaki has threatened to halt further medical assistance, withholds evidence of criminal activity involving his patient who caused one serious motor incident further damaging my spinal cord and has the outright nerve to barbarously bully when we asked, "When was the last time you were in medical school?"

His reply, "1942". We did not wish to hear which institution that might have been. Obviously elementary, Dear Friends!

His fellow resident Dr Mokoto Something or More Other never moves from his chair as if seated on the morning throne awaiting a BM. When we ask him to write down for the record, the medications to avoid dispensing he grunts and groans, either by nature of his bio diverse ancestry or by the fact he hasn't learned to spell. In either case avoid going to see him on Tuesdays.

Advances in health treatments and medicine have advanced rapidly especially during the aging populations across the world. What happens in the State, Japan stays in the State, Japan? That's why The Internet way is so lovely.

Health Maintenance in the State, Japan, like Waste Maintenance, is simple: maintain the status quo by conspiring contracts with drug companies to continue pushing prescribed pills. Drug Pushers in some countries are outlawed or imprisoned. Modern Japan let's it all hang out.

Being the victim of several traffic incidents and domestic violence by Kunishima Seiko in the State, Japan; I consider myself fortunate because I am rather young and elected for early surgery for the chronic symptoms I had been experiencing. We find no faults with the olive oil based Mediterranean diet that we follow daily for maintaining physical well being. Continue your regimen while I regain balanced health condition.

I strongly recommend warm baths throughout the day, at this time of the year with enough mint leaves to turn the water lime colour. Add some apple skins, lemon, or pineapple if you desire. Remember to include several handfuls of olive oil. Soak 10-15  minutes then splash; rinse with buckets of the tub water after leaving the bathtub. Always drip dry and gently massage your body skin with a face towel.

Then replenish the bathtub with more hot water to draw out oils from the skins of fruit so that later during the day you are able to enjoy another soaking.  If you are male, a small amount of extra virgin olive oil may be added to to moisturize refreshing your face which you may want to shave. Women usually understand their body wellness plans and theories, so it is unnecessary to share their secrets.

PAIN MANAGEMENT - EVERYDAY HEALTH

Photo: Ti ringraziamo a Adel Awad

This night we are preparing an olive oil relaxation bath Number 3 of the day for pain management caused by cervical myelopathy. Today I was fortunate to included  1 USA orange and 1 FEMMINELLO LEMON DA SORRENTE with extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to have several towels handy as the bath and flooring will get slippery when you have to exit quickly in case of earth quake. In the State, Japan, wet towels at night are essentials recommended as life savers in case of gas fire as the earth quakes everyday.

You will enjoy understanding why I have not posted regularly. But before you read on, park your derrière down. This is old news arrives based on inaction US Diplomacy.

RE MEDICAL EMERGENCY
The health line declines for the past five years after Hit-and-Run incident in Aichi, Honshu on the archipelago, The Far East Asia.
Whereas the Japanese driver of the Toyota and Japanese insurance companies involved refuse payment for permanent medical disabilities, the State, Japan has been mandated to bear all health, living and medical expenses in perpetuity.

This year treatments were denied by the regional municipality Health & Welfare Bureau for medical assistance since 3 July.
Internal hemorrhaging was diagnosed on 13 July by my private MD; he promptly ordered an MRI at NTT Nishi Nihon Hospital, yet as the victim of  crime, I was denied access to hospital facilities.
This incident was repeated at Nagoya University Hospital under threats of arrest from the Aichi Prefecture Police Naka Ward Officers. Foreign Parents guard against your child; seek professional medical advice outside the State, Japan.

Only twice during this month I had to be admitted to ER at City University Hospital, after doctor hours, due to complications from Japanese medicines causing spasticity in the neck down the spinal cord, into the legs through to the toes.

Is the "Japan State of Emergency" still on high alert since Friday 11 March 2011, when 東日本大震災, known as the 2011 Tohoku earth quake, the Great East Japan Earth Quake?
Then kindly, if you please, explain why triage was performed at the front entrances of NTT Nishi Nihon and Nagoya University hospitals!
Although physically challenged since birth, my travels around the globe; in essence my life has no longer a sense of direction or purpose nor significance because of these and other vicious violent crimes against me by Japanese war mongers, the despicable agents of horror and terror.

There is no peace in Japan even after through accident or as a result of military action, which The USA did not complete their "contrats de guerre". I bite down on my tongue and say,  "FU COFF" to all the evil Japanese, demoralizing criminals.

My address to IL CAPO Arai at Naka Ward Police Station on 8 May 2011 has yet to be considered seriously like The Hague Convention Treaty tabled by Japanese women.
A Japanese male member of the Aichi Bar Association, Hanai M. struck out violently against me in Marunouchi causing physical bodily harm.
Officer Satoh at the Naka Ward Station would not hear my report of the incident stating, the detectives on the 4th floor were on vacation for two weeks.

Two weeks later I sought the assistance of vacationing detectives on their 4th floor hideout. With a bold swaggering bluster display of machismo I was told by at least 5 detectives, "Go back. Your own country!" then manhandled out of the Naka Ward Police Station.
As a permanent resident of the State, Japan for over 30 years, their ideolect was beyond comprehension. Even Hanai has it in for me sending harassing and threatening mail.

IL CAPO Ohashi at the Aichi Prefecture Police Station in Mizuho Ward, where I have hospital accommodations outside City University Hospital, was personally delivered a crime statement on 23 May 2011.
His junior rank Officer Yashi advised me to leave the station without recourse. He argued he was tired and wanted to rest up on duty before going home to make his wife giddy with sexual tricks.

Two days later when I returned to speak with Detective Seino at an appointed 15:30, he refused and screamed so loudly, "FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU! GET  FUCK OUT HERE! GO BACK OWN COUNTRY."
All detectives on the floor came rushing out of their offices such that I feared for my life in my delicate medical condition suffering from cervical myelopathy; and I was not wearing the medical collar issued at Yamazaki Hospital.
It appeared Detective Seino was overworked and needs early retirement immediately, however this week I noticed he still struts through the halls walking like a queen with no balls.

Because of incidence of bully and violence at the Mizuho Ward Ground Floor, I wanted to inform Town Mayor Kawamura Takashi that several civil servants under his command would enjoy career changes to Lawson Conveni Shops or part-time Meitetsu taxi drivers.

Would you join me in the follow up meeting in August? Is Japan a safe haven country or could you comment without being as morally ambiguous as every part of Japan Society?

Accordingly the National Police Agency Chiefs in Aichi, Gifu and Mie Prefectures declare, "Japan is only for Japanese people. You others are not allowed to stay. It is dangerous country for visiting. We Japanese even fear live in Japan."
Given the State of Emergency in Japan and the shifting geographical faults, everyone across the world should be afraid of visiting Japan or conducting business with enterprises from the archipelago.

While attending Georgetown University for Executive International Business at lunch in Roma, Italia with The President of The Bank of Portugal, the gentleman assured me while his wife hammered my head for giving aid and abetting Japanese.
My suggestion to my brother-in-law, a retired VIP of GM European Division to just walk out of Tokyo negotiations after two days. Either that or the sushi would poison him.
I did not want my sister to be such a young widow as I am unable to support her given the disturbing nature of my physical incapability.
Accept our appreciation and ext/ personal reply requested

Mayhem is everywhere in our World especially now in the Mizuho Ward Town Hall. The Marunouchi district of Naka Ward is particularly crime ridden, however worries regarding my life in Japan have risen that I know you are able and willing to work to ensure more security.
Fundamental behavioral indicators I noticed lacking among incompetent civil servants at Mizuho Ward Health & Welfare Bureau include the following.
  1. - dedication to profession: demonstrate respect for and commitment to the law
  2. - integrity: strong belief and practice in personal integrity, impartiality and objectivity
  3. - teamwork: the ability to work cooperatively and effectively in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams to build partnerships and networks
  4. - dedication to improvement: a demonstrated commitment to a continuous learning through personal and corporate improvement, exhibiting drive, creativity and energy direct towards achieving goals and continually increasing the efficiency of work which consistently focusing on the task in hand.
  5. - respect: respect for and commitment to universal human rights and cultural diversity in an international context

There appears much misunderstanding regarding the meeting on 3 July which is unfortunate since my life support interests, taking into account, I was refused medical allowances as an aid recipient, that I became indebted once again to the Aichi Prefecture Police in Mizuho Ward on Friday 13 July.

The concern over Japanese citizens' lives on the archipelago even now after the Great East Japan Earthquake, is yet grave. This matter I was discussing with a Mizuho Ward Town Hall civil servant on the ground floor on Friday 13 July,  along with laws under the Constitution of the State, Japan.

Acts of aggression came from Tanto Ito and a team of 4-5 male civil servants, who descended from the 2nd floor Health & Welfare Bureau,  along with belligerent attitudes in speech which had to be endured beyond comprehension.
You should know that this harassing violent behavior has occurred in the past as well as frequently this year. re. Nanjing Massacre

The civil servants lack of education and training which has fostered confusion, persisted with Japanese language problems; how these people are to become trusted members of the global community is most troublesome.

Their position in government should no longer be regarded as suitable and advantageous. These nationals are fine examples of being misguided through the standard priority of catching up with the West.

Accept my apologies for the disruption and  inconvenience in your duties.
Kindly, please continue to do your best for the town in Aichi which you have chosen to support.

La Acequia - Extra Virgin Olive Oil

La Acequia S.A. is a small company located in San Juan, Argentina. The farm has 40 hectares of olive trees. This is one of the best areas in Argentina for the cultivation of olive trees because of the soil and climate.

La Acequia Olive oil is an authentic olive fruit juice obtained mechanically by grinding and pressing the olives. It is marketed at the same time as when it is crushed so it is an extra virgin olive oil that is zestful.

La Acequia is obtained from Arbequina variety of olive so it gives a balanced and subtle flavor of three desired attributes:  bitter, fruity and spicy.

This makes an extra virgin olive oil that can be used in a wide range of dishes because it competes with the flavors but can be felt in aroma and flavor. It is perfect to finish hot dishes before you bring them to the table while the aromas are released by heat.

La Acequia Arbequina varietal presents a thick opaque and unique extra virgin olive oil because it is the only extra virgin olive oil unfiltered on the market. Light is one of the main enemies of olive oil, so like all good extra virgin olive oil of high quality La Acequia comes in a  dark bottle for the conservation and protection of the olive oil.

Like all the extra virgin oil it is free of defects and the main attribute is an aroma of freshly cut grass, ideal to accompany perfect green leafy salads and Parmesan cheese. In addition,  it is also a good partner for grilled fish and red meat. La Acequia is an extra virgin olive oil made with passion for olive oil lovers.

Artichoke Salad

The most flavorful part of the artichoke is its heart, which has a nearly nut-like texture and a delicate taste. The leaves are prized for their pleasantly bitter taste, as well as their nutritional value.

In Italy, artichokes are grown in the sunniest regions: Sicily, Sardinia, Lazio and Liguria where the season begins in December and January. The best artichokes are undoubtedly the small ones with spiny leaves, whereas the meatiest are the larger, round-leafed variety known as Roman, the most common outside of Italy.

We recommend the Artichoke salad by Chef Antonio Mure. He states, "My dishes wouldn’t taste the same if I didn’t finish them with extra virgin olive oil. It gives a touch of elegance and a peculiar flavor.”

Artichoke Salad Serves 4
16 small artichokes, cleaned
2 white celery stalks
1 bunch of baby arugula
½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
Juice of two lemons
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. shaved Parmesan cheese

1. Thinly slice the artichokes and the celery. Arrange them on a large plate and add the baby arugula.

2. The dressing: Whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard,  salt and pepper.

3. Dress the salad with Parmesan cheese, and drizzle a few drops of extra virgin olive oil on top.

Agrumato Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

There aren't many exclusively Italian foods and cooking techniques, but there is an Italian flair to what's made in most Italian communities.  Olive oil plays an extremely important role, and a meal wouldn't seem quite right without it.

The Ricci family in Abruzzo harvest olives by hand and press them along with a particular citrus fruit using  a traditional stone mill. Small amounts of olives are actually ground simultaneously with citrus fruit. The result is incredible agrumato oils.

Agrumato Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a golden delicate oil with a clean, crisp finish. The perfect balance of olive and lemon zest. Toss with pasta and fresh ricotta, drizzle over grilled fish or roasted vegetables. The flavoring is not an afterthought.

The Frescobaldi family has been at the center of the cultural, economic, and political life of Florence since the Middle Ages. Their extra virgin olive oils reflect not only the noblest Tuscan heritage, but a commitment to achieving the highest level of product quality.
All producers of Laudemios must adhere to strict guidelines established by the Laudemio consortium. The Laudemio consortium regulations cover all aspects of production, including geographical boundaries with Central Tuscany, soil requirements, and specific criteria for planting and cultivating the olives. Among the 32 Laudemios now being produced, Frescobaldi is consistently rated exceptional.
The blend of Frantoio, Moraiolo, and Leccino olives produces this vibrant fruity, green and sophisticated oil. Frescobaldi Laudemio Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fresh aroma with hints of artichoke and pepper. Use as a condiment over beans, grilled or steamed vegetables, or drizzle over soups. Its bold taste brings life to any number of dishes, transforming even boring to fantastic.

Orange Olive Oil

This balance of extra virgin olive oil and orange flavor in olive oils is achieved by adding actual oranges to the olives when pressing, and then centrifuging out the water to give the oil a purely natural orange flavor with a clean, crisp finish.

Try this orange olive oil  in meat and game dishes and in a variety of vegetable salads.

Italian Food Lovers

Italian Food Lovers videos: "The Academia Barilla Blog is where you will find Chef's insights on Italian gastronomic tradition and Italian cuisine." The viewpoint at The Academia Barilla is to promote awareness on the art of Italian cuisine by sharing information, culture and experiences.

Many people have become interested in learning about and enjoying olive oil tasting. This video will help you understand the wide range of aromas and tastes of olive oil. Each variety of oil has its own characteristic aroma. The term fruit is given to aromas that remind us of the scent of fresh olives from which the oil is made.

To best appreciate the oil first pour a small amount into a glass with a narrow opening which will retain the aromas. Warm it with your hands and breath in deeply and slowly to enable you to appreciate the aroma of the oil. Then sip a small quantity while taking in air at the same time, so that the oil is distributed throughout your mouth. Now let the olive oil slide back towards your throat. You will notice the sweetness on the tip of your tongue followed by the bitterness all along the tongue, especially at the back, and finally the bite in the throat.

Olive oil's characteristic bitter, fruity, and peppery elements can vary widely, depending on the olive variety, ripeness, and harvest. It's really a matter of what you personally like. Olive oil has become much like red wine in that it can be a connoisseur's thing once you get to a certain level.

Pesto Genovese Sauce

Pesto is considered a unique dressing that is related to the images of Liguria and Genoa Italy where the climate and soil favors the growth of a variety of basil judged in terms of taste and aroma. According to traditional recipes the method of producing pesto is with a marble mortar and wood pestel.

If you are looking to make a good pesto for more flavor I'd enjoy passing this on to you. The addition of ingredients like walnuts, hazel-nuts and cashew nuts for endless variations tend to cause deterioration of pesto with time that smaller portions should be prepared and used immediately. Pesto reaches its peak of flavours when served soon after it is made.

Using a fresh bunch of basil squeeze the leaves rather than crush them to allow the full release of aroma. When you pour in some extra virgin olive oil then put in some unrefined salt and again squeeze the dressing. Finally add in parmesan cheese, pine nuts and some more extra virgin olive oil. The result should be a thick creamy pesto that is ready to use: simply add it to freshly cooked pasta in a pan and thoroughly mix it together with a little uncooked extra virgin olive oil.

It does not seem to be a complicated technique, but pesto this way will definitely taste better! How else should it be made? Some things are worth the time and effort so be sure to grow your own basil and you can understand the difference that it makes. Let me know if you try this Pesto Genovese Sauce and what you think.

Health Benefits of Olive Oil

A prime component of the The Mediterranean Diet is olive oil.

Olive oil is actually a fruit juice pressed from olives preserving the vitamins, taste, aroma and properties of the olive fruit.

Because of the high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and antioxidative substances olive oil has beneficial health effects. Olive oil protects against heart disease by controlling LDL cholesterol levels while raising HDL cholesterol levels.

All types of olive oil are sources of monounsaturated fat, however the first pressing of olives or EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil, contains higher levels of antioxidants including vitamin E because it is less processed. Extra Virgin olive oil is believed to offer the greatest health benefits.

Choose an extra virgin olive oil as your main source of dietary fat, in combination with a healthy diet rich in plant foods to reduce your risk of cardiovascular diseases and diabetes. When you include olive oil for your meal preparation you will uncover the first of many health benefits of olive oil in The Mediterranean Diet.
